South West Water have asked customers to limit their water supply as firefighters continue to tackle fire.

South West Water have asked customers around Exeter city centre and the Wonford area to limit their water supply to assist fire crews.

The company is proving bottled water outside Costa in Bedford Street for users experiencing supply issues.

South West Water tweeted: “We are asking customers in the city centre and Wonford areas to restrict water use to help make as much water as possible available to the fire service. Customers may experience supply issues during this time. Bottled water is available outside Costa on Bedford Street.

“South West Water thank you for your continued patience.”
