Exmouth community pub is sold for an undisclosed sum

A leasehold pub in Withycombe Raleigh has been sold by an Exeter estate agent for an undisclosed figure off an asking price of £95,000.
The sale of the Country House, in Withycombe Village Road, was arranged by Stonesmith of Exeter, who said it was ‘delighted’ to successfully market the property.
