Three night run of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale at Pilton Community College in Barnstaple from February 6-8.

***** TO BE UPDATED!!!

THE JABBERWOCK will be prowling the stage at Pilton Community College next week with a toe-tapping three night run of Through the Looking Glass.

More than 100 students are involved in the school’s latest production, as they take on Lewis Carroll’s classic with song, music and humour.

The show takes place at [time? (check with Tony!)] on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday next week (February 6-8), with the book and lyrics by Chris Blackwood and music by Piers Chatwin.

It includes fun characters such as Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee - brilliantly played by the talented Isaac and Jacob Spencer.

There are also two Alices, beautifully played by Charlotte Brailey and Eve Lincoln, while Josh Brand plays Lewis Carroll and staff have hailed his singing as ‘amazing’.

“The magic of Lewis Carroll really does come to life,” said Lorraine Clements, head of drama.

“And indeed the snarling Jabberwock monster comes frighteningly to life with Tom Mathew, Tom Barker Marina Giffoni Kenton and Lilly Lea re-creating it!”

For tickets call Pilton Community College on 01271 374381.
