As a new football season dawns there’s an opportunity for youngsters to get into the game being offered by Sidmouth Town.

The club has a terrific youth set-up and they are currently looking for a number of new players for their Under-8 team.

The team play, like all the Town youth sides, in the Exeter and District Youth League which offers football on a Saturday morning.

Sidmouth Town have a youth organisation that is the envy of many clubs and youngsters get the chance to move through the age groups right up to the senior teams – of which this year there are four operating from the club.

The Town Under-8s coach would be delighted to hear from parents of youngsters who will be in school years seven or eight this September, to contact him on 07817 653182.
