Rain robs chance of a winning roll

RIDING high on the back of an impressive win at home to St Albans the previous weekend, it was disappointing for Bideford to lose Saturday’s game against Cambridge City to the weather.

They were hoping to regain their momentum with an effective ‘six pointer’ at home to bottom club Kettering - without a ground and playing all their matches away - last night (Tuesday), again weather permitting!

This Saturday comes a potentially much tougher task with a visit to high flying Barwell, who have been beaten only three times in their 13 games so far.
