The fashion show is becoming a popular annual event and brought together stylish golf ware from the club professional, Trevor Underwood, and ladies fashion collections from around the world by Angies of Budleigh Salterton.

Six East Devon ladies modelled the outfits around the tables during the evening, and the ladies not only had the opportunity to buy the clothes on display at discounted prices but could complete their outfit with jewellery, boots and shoes from Angies and their own custom made, fashionable Italian ‘O bag’ supplied by Lisa Humphries from Andrew Humphries Jewellery in the town.

Ladies captain Maria Heard said: “We’re delighted that Jane from Angies and Sally from the pro shop have teamed up once again to help the club raise money for the Captains Charities.

Every penny helps and I would like to thank all our members who contributed to the success of this evening.”
