There is a rare opportunity to take a guided tour of Axminster’s iconic St Mary’s Parish Church next week - and learn about its history.

It takes place on Thursday (September 13) at 2.30pm and again at 4pm.

Tickets, including a cream tea, are £6, or £8 with an optional tour of the tower. Children under 14 are half price but no children under 11 will be allowed up the tower.

Tickets are available from Axminster Tourist Information Centre or by contacting Gina Youens at gina.youens@btinternet.com , telephone 07703246481
