Overnight closures cancelled

Surfacing work on Junction 29 has been completed ahead of schedule.

Planned overnight closures on the northbound entry slip road at Junction 29 of the M5 will no longer be required for the remainder of the week.

Devon County Council has said the surfacing work has been completed ahead of schedule.

The night-time closures had been expected every evening until Friday (30 November) as part of the county council’s improvement scheme at the junction.

The slip road will now remain open.
