Estuary trail closed for railway repairs

12:44 30 January 2013

The Exe Estuary Cycle Trail will be closed from today (Wednesday) until Friday, between Lympstone and Exton.

The closure is to allow repair work to be carried out on the adjacent Avocet railway line, which was damaged by flooding before Christmas.

Network Rail has previously said that train services will not be affected.
